Woody Creek Bar B Q in Fort Wortd

Have been here several times, always receiving great food and service! This time I had the loaded fries. French fries topped with seasoned pinto beans, cheddar cheese, spicy pulled pork, and sour cream, along with a side of sausage. I think the sauce was for decoration because it wasn't needed for taste OR to add moisture. Quiet, quaint, and country music piped in.

Since returning to Texas we have tried 3 BBQ places and so far this is our favorite. The sliced beef was lean and had a beautiful smoke ring. The hot link sausage was a winner with my husband and he is picky about his sausage. Potato salad was good, fries were excellent, bean were good. Their BBQ sauce is very middle of the road and should please everyone; not too spicy, not too salty, not too sweet. They have a nice bar area too with national standards and local brews as well. The whole family was happy and we will definitely go back. The whole place was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Three meat plate of ribs, brisket, and sausage were prepared perfectly. Everything was very succulent, and seasoned well.

We ordered chopped beef but instead we got puree beef. Never was like that before. Was nasty and mushy

I love this place! Once you come in you notice at the car antiques and Texas proud feeling signs! All meats are so very delicious and bbq just right!! There is a bar and big freezer with sodas and bottle beers! Pricing is just right and not expensive! They also have kid meals, so a great place for everyone including the kiddos! We come here every time we in the mood for bbq!! Definitely recommend!!

Spent $35.00 on chopped beef, and barrel potato, definitely not worth the money. I guess my expectancy for quality food was too high.

I have cooked BBQ for 40+ years and this is my favorite BBQ place on the planet. We drive from Weatherford to Springtown to eat. Never had a bad experience.

The meat is always good, however their fries can use work. Always soggy and over seasoned 🤢 however they're cooking their fries currently, it needs to stop.

Disclaimer: I am not a fan of barbecue but my daughter and son love this restaurant! I gave it four stars because their smoked meats are very tasty and super tender! The baked beans and BBQ sauce are also amazing! They have a good condiment bar with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. They also have really good cold draft beer but don't buy anything in the bottle because it's too pricy. I think $13+ for one meat and two sides is way overpriced. Those would be my only complaints.

They have the best burnt ends I've ever had and their home made fries are out of this world, the atmosphere is awesome and the staff are wonderful I highly recommend Woody Creek BBQ

Food is pretty good... We always do pick up and it's ready by the time I pull up. They have an interesting bar for sides to go with the meat. Drink selection is pretty good. Barbecue sauce is tasty. Pairs well with all the meats.

Consistently great BBQ! Never had a bad food item here. I especially love the potato salad. Well worth the money and the trip.

This place is worth trying. They have big portions for reasonable rates. Constantly well organized and with good ambience. Would recommend to others.

Ordered a kid cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, sliced beef sandwich combo, jalapeno poppers, and a baked potato. Burger was ok, poppers were ok, chicken & sliced beef sandwiches were dry (barely any sauce on the beef sandwich & none in the bag, chicken was just DRY), fries were ok, baked potato was just disappointing. We tossed the potato rather than complaining. Pretty sure it'll be awhile before we come back here, but it wasn't SO bad we just WON'T. The place across the road at the farmers market is better and easier on the wallet, IMO.

Excellent local BBQ!! I love the double barrel baked potatoe, and the gunslinger sandwich. Plenty to pick from here, worth checking out. Excellent rustic decor inside. Inside and outside seating. They do serve beer here.

Decent portions for the price. Thought the baked potato and the smoked turkey we're VERY good. Rubs were my second favorite. Spicy sausage definitely has a kick!

This place is fantastic BBQ. Great prices. A family fun and family atmosphere. They have a bar but no bartender to serve. So as far as sitting at the bar and eating it not that convenient. They have no hard liquor at this location. Other than those things this place is a great place for BBQ and a family friendly atmosphere.

The barbecue can speak for itself, very healthy portions, quick fresh little veggie bar , peppers,carrots,onions, ect, wife loves it, for me it's the frosty mug beer

The Sliced brisket is Great, falls apart tender. First time trying this place out. They unfortunately don’t have Mac & Cheese. Potatoe salad is good , but don’t order the fries . I will come back and try something new. It’s clean, and staff is nice.

Food is REALLY good. Especially the ribs. Just super confused about THIS Google maps page NOT being the official page versus Facebook being the official website. However, another individual and I were not able to pull up the current menu via a web browser. That individual was able to pull up the current menu via the Facebook app which I am not interested in having on my phone.I find these type of situations frustrating and a turn off. The business might want to reconsider their website and menu posting situation.

We’ve been a fan of Woodys for about 4-5 years now we absolutely LOVE this place! My husband and I were there recently on a Saturday night and you would think since it’s close to closing time that the food would be dried out or not fresh but it was the complete opposite!! Everything was so delicious, fresh, hot and ready (as usual)! Can’t go wrong with Woodys!!

Wish I would’ve found this place long ago. Reasonable prices, good portions, delicious food, great staff, and it really just has the best environment overall! Can’t wait to go back when dine-in is available.

I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are delicious and the team is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we have a delightful time. highly recommended.

Good food place. A little pricey. And It is a little small in side. Has a good lunch special though. In good weather there is nice outside seating.

Neighborly service, and delicious ribs! The gunslinger is my wife’s favorite. It’s just easy to come in and feel at home. Bring your appetite.

Best bbq in town. The ONLY place I will eat a chopped sandwich. Plus the (loaded baked) meat potatos are delicious, my favorite! Relaxed atmosphere and cold beer.

This is a great local BBQ restaurant that has incredible food and friendly service. The portions are huge and can easily bet split if you looking to save a little money on dining out. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work.
